About Us

About the Association

The American Chinese Cuisine & Culture Association is dedicated to advancing Chinese culinary culture and promoting exchange and cooperation between the U.S. and Chinese food industries. It serves as a meeting point for restaurants, cultural institutions, trade associations and the wider community.

Guided by the principle of “preserving Chinese culinary culture and advancing U.S.–China cooperation”, the association runs food and culture festivals, industry forums, culinary exchanges, accreditation programs, brand promotion, community initiatives and international trade projects — raising the profile and reputation of Chinese food brands across the United States.

The association brings together leading restaurants, industry experts, entrepreneurs and supporters from every walk of life. Working to the idea that “food is the bridge, culture the bond, and cooperation the engine of growth”, it offers members resource matchmaking, brand promotion, business networking, market expansion, professional training and international partnerships.

Looking ahead, the association will continue working with partners in a spirit of openness, innovation and mutual benefit to build a culinary and cultural exchange platform of international standing — making Chinese cuisine a bridge that connects cultures, deepens friendships and drives cooperation.
