HYC Consulting Engineers was founded in 1994, a California engineering consultancy specialising in mechanical, plumbing and electrical work, and in food facility design.
Its projects run from supermarkets and food manufacturing plants to central kitchens, restaurants and juice bars — the design partner for member restaurants opening or refitting a site.
